Izzy is a Partner and co-founder of 1893, based in London, advising founders, investors and institutions on reputation, fundraising and strategic communications — built at the intersection of investment banking, financial PR and venture capital.

She was previously Head of Investor Relations at Hoxton Ventures, leading fundraising for Fund IV, and has founded and exited two communications agencies, co-founded two software startups, and co-founded Outsized Ventures — operator and advisor, in equal measure.

An active angel investor and LP in emerging fund managers, and an IIN-certified wellness coach — bringing the same close, personal attention to clients that she brings to the businesses she backs.
